Rebates and cancellations: Andrew is a counsellor, not a psychologist, so Medicare rebates do not apply. Some private health fund extras policies may provide a counselling rebate. Concession rates may be available. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling; see the privacy and cancellation policy for details.

What is included

Each appointment includes a confidential 50-minute counselling conversation shaped around your goals. The first session includes time to discuss confidentiality, what has brought you to counselling and what you would like support with.

You do not need a GP referral. Current availability can be viewed through the online booking calendar, or you can contact Andrew with a question before choosing a time.
